Appointments should ideally be scheduled 3–7 days in advance. Valid credit card or gift certificate confirmation is required for booking. Walk-ins may be accommodated based on availability; please inquire for last-minute openings.

Arrival & Appointment Times

Please arrive 15 minutes early to relax and ensure your therapy starts on time. Late arrivals will result in shortened service time; arrivals more than 20 minutes late will be charged the full cost of the consequently cancelled service. Therapy times include undressing/dressing and shower time if applicable.

Cancellations

Single therapies require a minimum of 24-hour notice for changes or cancellations to avoid a 50% fee. Spa packages of 2 or more services require 48-hour notice for changes or cancellations to avoid a 50% fee. No-shows are charged 100% of the service fee.
