Ayurveda Consultations include a one-on-one meeting with a Registered Advanced Ayurvedic Practitioner using discussion, physical examination and pulse
analysis to understand your body type (Prakriti) and current imbalances
(Vikruti) with the following variations depending on your focus:
General Health Consultation: Simple remedies and general recommendations will be suggested.
Nutritional Health Consultation: Detailed
review of current dietary habits is followed by individualized
nutritional recommendations, ingredient lists and meal plans.
Weight loss & Detox Consultation: Detailed
review of current dietary and lifestyle habits is followed by
individualized nutritional recommendations, fitness and lifestyle
routine suggestions.
Ayurvedic Fitness & Yoga Consultation: Structural
analysis and physical capabilities are addressed in order to offer
custom fitness, yoga and postural recommendations.
Mind & Spirit Consultation: Includes
education and discussion on Ayurveda and Yoga methods of healing
Psychological, Emotional and Spiritual impressions and concerns.
